🎯 The Job: Core Purpose

The Executive – Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring:

• Product Quality: Manufactured merchandise is delivered to the customer as per the set quality requirements.
• Adherence to Standards: Compliance with quality guidelines and procedures in the allocated section.
• Compliance: Execution of duties and responsibilities related to Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols of the Organization.

📝 Key Responsibilities

The role involves day-to-day quality control and strategic oversight:

• Daily Monitoring: Participate in morning discussions and highlight focus areas after analyzing the previous day’s end line report.
• Right First Time (RFT): Ensure RFT achievement across assigned production areas.
• Inspections & Audits: Oversee final inspections and ensure high pass percentages in customer and third-party audits.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Process Control: Monitor and maintain daily quality processes in the finishing section.
• Issue Resolution: Ensure zero customer call-outs through proactive quality assurance and issue resolution.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education:
  • Diploma in Clothing Technology/Quality Assurance will be advantageous.
  • NVC certification in Clothing Technology.
• Experience:
  • 0-3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the quality function.
  • This is an Entry level STEP position.
