Position Overview:
We are seeking an Executive – Product Development to join our dynamic team at TEXO in Thulhiriya. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Textile Technology and 1-2 years of work experience. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the product development process to meet development and new product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product development process to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill development and new product requirements.
- Monitor and manage the product development timeline to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Support innovation and sustainability initiatives in product development.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of fabric processing and product development.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
