Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate individual with a Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or Statistics, along with 2-3 years of work experience, to join our dynamic team as an Executive – Planning. In this role, you will plan and prepare budgeted capacities for plants and place confirmed orders to ensure capacity availability for projected customer orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare budgeted capacities for plants.
  • Place confirmed orders to ensure capacity availability for projected customer orders.
  • Analyze and forecast production requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to align capacity planning with customer demand.
  • Monitor and report on capacity utilization and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in planning or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficiency in data analysis and planning software.
