Position Overview:
We are looking for an Executive – Planning with experience in production planning and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing production plans, ensuring timely resource availability, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing production plans to meet customer deadlines.
• Support material procurement and inventory management for timely resource availability.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze capacity and demand data, offering recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of production plans, materials, and inventory.
• Assist in tracking KPIs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s or relevant certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with strong expertise in planning and control.
• Understanding of apparel manufacturing, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
