Job Description:
As an Executive – Logistics, you will strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the flow of goods within our Distribution Center. Your role will involve optimizing space utilization, allocating manpower effectively, and managing resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the flow of goods within the Distribution Center.
- Optimize space utilization and allocate manpower effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead initiatives for cost reduction in logistics and warehousing, focusing on optimizing workforce performance.
- Ensure timely completion of all operational and management reports with 100% accuracy.
- Enforce employee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a similar field preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, interpersonal relations, time management, and communication.
- Strong collaborative abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Proclivity towards data analytics is desirable.
