EXECUTIVE – INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Responsibilities:

As an Executive in Internal Audit, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed audits, follow-up audits, special assignments, and investigations as directed by Line Managers.
• Performing fieldwork independently or as part of a team, completing documentation, and finalizing assigned audits with findings/reports for team leader review.
• Assisting in the preparation and finalization of audit reports and papers for Management and Board Audit Committee review.
• Collaborating with the team to optimize efficiency, verify controls, and achieve established objectives while minimizing risks.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 4–5 years of progressive auditing experience in financial institutions.
• Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy (Business Level), CIMA (Managerial Level), ACCA, or Banking-related qualifications. Full AAT qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to accept challenges and continuously learn and improve.
• Willingness to travel to outstation branches and departments.
