Position: Executive – IFU Recoveries
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular customer visits to collect overdue payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors to follow up on payment status.
Candidate Profile:
- Successful completion of G.C.E O/L & A/L.
- Age between 18 – 30 years.
- 1-2 years of experience in the finance sector; experience in Islamic finance units is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license (motorbike license preferred).
