Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, talent pool health, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and update the internal database of resources.
- Support the identification of potential resource partners in each region to meet business requirements.
- Handle contract management and liaise with external vendors to track and identify resources.
- Support HR Administration and assist in the execution of HR Projects.
- Support the training needs analysis process and devise plans to address training and development needs of employees.
- Develop and execute the employee engagement event calendar.
- Support the rewards and recognition administration process.
- Assist in the talent management and succession planning process.
- Execute diversity and inclusion and employee wellbeing-related activities.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
