About Us:
Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC (MBSL) is a well-established financial institution and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive in Human Resources.

Role Overview:
The Executive – Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR systems, maintaining employee records, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR information systems and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• HRIS Management: Configure, maintain, and update the HR Information System (MintHRM), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Staff Database Management: Oversee employee records, ensuring timely updates and secure storage.
• HR Data Analytics: Generate HR reports, analyze workforce trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Business System Access Management: Manage staff access to HR and business systems, ensuring proper authorization and compliance.
• Document Archiving: Implement and maintain an organized document archiving system for HR records and compliance documents.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a recognized university with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, OR
• GCE (A/L) Examination with 3 passes and 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, OR
• GCE (O/L) Examination with 3 years of experience, OR
• GCE (O/L) Examination with part qualification in a relevant discipline and 1 year of experience.
• Experience in Excel is an added advantage.

Remuneration:
A performance-based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on qualifications and experience.

Age Limit:
Maximum age limit is 35 years.
