Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive to monitor the practical training of students, confirm the eligibility of experience for AAT membership, and communicate with employers and training partners to find suitable job opportunities for candidates registered with the AAT job bank. The role also involves the preparation and coordination of suggested answers, ensuring their timely release, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and individual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and confirm adherence to the training requirements of students.
  • Finalize Suggested Answers within the deadline.
  • Administer the Job Bank and comply with employers’ requests.
  • Incorporate regular updates in the Student Guides and Website.
  • Administer the AAT Prize Fund and coordinate with donors.
  • Submit management reports to the Head of the Division in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or B.Com from a recognized university.
  • Membership of AAT and/or being a Final Level student of CA Sri Lanka would be an added qualification.
  • Excellent command of English and sound experience in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Self-organized individual with good interpretational skills.
  • Willingness to work long hours when required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an educational institution or the mercantile sector.
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in a reputed audit firm would be an added advantage.
