Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team as an Executive – Development Merchandiser. This role offers the opportunity to work with an experienced team, develop your career in merchandising, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee the sample development process in line with customer standards, ensuring customer retention and commercialization.
✔️ Effectively coordinate order execution within deadlines to meet pre-defined delivery targets.
✔️ Manage critical paths and ensure 100% customer coordination and on-time performance.
✔️ Collaborate with planning and development teams to forecast orders and book materials in advance.
✔️ Develop an in-depth understanding of related processes and systems to provide solutions to manufacturing locations.
✔️ Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ A Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in Marketing or Merchandising.
✅ 2-3 years of experience in Development Merchandising.
✅ Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
✅ Excellent negotiation & analytical skills.
