Executive ‐ Cutting Planning
(BASED AT HANWELLA)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to plan, direct and control the department capacity and resources in order to achieve and monitor the department goals and strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team who handles pick lists & material issuance process) by attending and resolving any potential road block that any of the team members come across during his/ her daily operation.
- Preparation of the three months Cutting Plan with the consultation/ discussion of the PDC, WS & Quality and use it as the plan for short term/ long term Cutting related decision making for all 3 plants.
- Prepare the weekly operations plan and share same with the line management of the Cutting team and keep the relevant teams informed of any revision/ change due to external issues.
- Conduct daily operations meeting with all parties who are responsible for material issuance/ cutting to make sure that all road blocks of line input are resolved and all parties are clear on the priority of the line demand including the preparation of the Cutting Manning requirement while keeping sufficient timing for man power approvals, recruitment activities.
- Maintain and update material Kanban to Cutting process by coordinating with relevant departments while respecting the required lead times for special needs of different styles/fabrics.
- Follow-up with the Material Issuance teams (RMW, MQA, P1) on daily hold list and drive for solutions to settle delays in advance before impacting the rest of the processes.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or Diploma in Textile and clothing
- 2-3 Years Work experience.
- Reporting & Data analysis.
- Teamwork and Co-operation.
- Communication Skills
