EXECUTIVE CREDIT CONTROLLER

The Job

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure the timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Analyze and assess credit applications, making recommendations for credit limits.
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address credit-related queries.
• Prepare and present regular reports on credit control activities and outstanding balances.
• Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven 1-2 years of experience in credit control or a related financial role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of credit control best practices and regulations.
• Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
