📝 Job Advertisement : Executive – Credit (Rajagiriya)
This is an advertisement for an Executive – Credit position at LOLC Finance, located in Rajagiriya.
🌟 The Role
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Executive who can:
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Understand credit processes.
- Make informed decisions while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support portfolio growth and uphold credit policies.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Evaluation of Credit Appraisals and approval within DA limits.
- Recommending Credit Appraisals.
- Recommending re-scheduling of facilities & release of pledged assets.
- Carrying out branch audits within the region/s.
- Preparing reports to monitor regional, branch, and marketer-specific portfolios and non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Monitoring early default facilities of the assigned branches.
- Conducting regional credit training programs.
👤 The Profile (Candidate Requirements)
- Successful completion of GCE (A/L) examination.
- Fluency in Tamil is a must for employees who handle credit files from the North and East regions.
- Willingness to be based in the selected location.
- A Diploma in Credit Management or an equivalent academic qualification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal & people management skills.
