EXECUTIVE/ASSOCIATE MANAGER – MOTOR CLAIMS

CHECKLIST: JOB FUNCTIONS

• The position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end motor claims process to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.
• The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with Regional Technical Executives, and authorizing exceptional claim payments.
• It also includes liaising with the Finance Department for prompt claim cheque processing, reviewing claim liability, and ensuring all claims are settled within the agreed SLAs.
• The position further supports Management in enhancing processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, while conducting regional reviews and branch visits to address operational issues and maintain service standards.

CHECKLIST: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Motor claims handling in the General Insurance industry.
• Understanding of insurance principles and claim processes.
• Part qualification in Insurance related areas / exams would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office package.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
