📍 The Profile (Key Responsibilities)

- Operations: Overall coordination of the treasury product operation.
👤 Personal and Skills Profile (Requirements)
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills:
- Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banking or non-banking financial services.
- Education/Qualification: Full or part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM) will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal communication skills (both oral and writing), negotiation skills, and marketing skills.
- Other:
- Willingness to be based in the selected location (Colombo).
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
