📍 The Profile (Key Responsibilities)

The role is within the Treasury Product Marketing Team and involves handling the operations and marketing of treasury products. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Base: Maintaining and growing the existing customer base, and introducing new customers.
• Product Coordination: Coordinating new treasury products and renewals with the treasury operations team.
• Operations: Overall coordination of the treasury product operation.

👤 Personal and Skills Profile (Requirements)

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills:

• Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banking or non-banking financial services.
• Education/Qualification: Full or part professional qualification (SLIM/CIM) will be an added advantage.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills (both oral and writing), negotiation skills, and marketing skills.
• Other:
  • Willingness to be based in the selected location (Colombo).
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
