Job Profile:
- Monitor and update data on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist with legal documentation for the signing of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deed of Assignments, etc.
- Prepare letters to customers and perform related administrative duties.
- Liaise with the finance division to obtain necessary payment statements and related invoices.
Personal Profile:
- Partially or fully qualified with a Degree/Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
