Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise Development Officer for our Mullaitivu Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the Enterprise Development Services (EDS) component at the branch level, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our clients’ business ventures by providing technical and business skill development training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Enterprise Development Services (EDS) at the branch level.
- Provide technical and business skill development training to clients.
- Conduct training programs to develop soft skills such as leadership, communication, and positive thinking.
- Ensure easy accessibility to EDS for borrowers through an inclusive approach.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Agriculture, Enterprise & Business Development, or related discipline, or A/L qualifications with Business Studies and more than one year of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong desire to develop a career in Enterprise Development.
- Good command of English is an added qualification.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid motorcycle riding license.
- Experience in Enterprise Development and Livelihood Development is an added advantage.
