WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and guide technical teams in resolving mechanical and engineering issues.
- Carry out breakdown repairs and planned preventive maintenance.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and engineering materials efficiently.
- Work hands-on with boilers, compressors, pumps, dryers, and production machinery.
- Prepare and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- NDT / HNDE / NDES in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to boilers, pumps, compressors, and machine shop operations.
- Strong technical knowledge with effective troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
- Ability to work in a factory-based, hands-on engineering role.
