We are seeking a young, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to join our End Devices Division.
Job Title
Engineer – End Devices Division
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in the design, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices (computers, laptops, tabs, IoT, etc.) within integrated system environments.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software configurations, guiding the team in problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize device integration.
- Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency in device management and operations.
- Provide technical support and leadership to the team and end-users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with device configuration, management, and integration of over 3 years.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android).
- Knowledge in networking and cybersecurity best practices (an added advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate effectively.
