Electronics Technician (Sewing Machine – Control Box Repair)

We are seeking a versatile Electronics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining, both electronic and non-sewing machinery. This role includes preventive maintenance activities, diagnosing technical problems, providing customer support through plant visits and on-call assistance, coordinating with service providers, and training technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain control boxes, PCBs, electronic circuits, and non-sewing machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime for all machinery.
• Diagnose and address technical problems efficiently, minimizing machine downtime.
• Provide on-site and on-call customer support for electronic and non-sewing machine issues.
• Coordinate with service providers and train plant technical teams to improve maintenance procedures and skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronic and non-sewing machine maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Experience in training and coordinating with technical staff and service providers.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with plant teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the similar field or equal.
• Age below 35 years.
