Position Overview:
We are looking for an EDI Executive with experience in EDI operations, particularly in handling pre-shipment documents, Cusdec framing in the Asycuda system, and CDN creation in the SLPA system. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless documentation flow and compliance with legal and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process pre-shipment documents accurately and on time.
- Manage Cusdec framing in the Asycuda system for customs compliance.
- Create and process CDNs in the SLPA system for smooth clearance.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless documentation flow.
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant records with legal and industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the apparel manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the Asycuda system for Cusdec framing.
- Experience with the SLPA system for CDN creation.
- Proficient in handling pre-shipment documents and related paperwork.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan customs regulations and export documentation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
