Orit Apparels Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of the global apparel giant Indochine International and a leading denim manufacturer, is looking to hire a Dye Manager.
- Job Title: Dye Manager
- Location: Seethawaka

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all dyeing operations to ensure quality and on-time production.
- Review and approve dyeing recipes, lab dips, and shade matching.
- Monitor dye and chemical usage to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
- Solve dyeing issues such as shade variations or quality defects.
- Train and guide dyeing staff to meet quality and productivity standards.
Required Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a young, self-motivated individual who possesses the following:
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in textile dyeing operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dyeing machines, dye recipes, and fabric behavior.
- Ability to solve shade and quality issues quickly.
