Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and motivated individual to join our team as a Drone Pilot within the Agro Division. This exciting role involves operating drones for monitoring, crop spraying, and data collection across agricultural estates and lands. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze drone-collected data, providing valuable insights to optimize our agricultural business operations. Additionally, the Drone Pilot will ensure the airworthiness of drones and comply with all safety protocols and aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drones for monitoring, crop spraying, and data collection in agricultural fields.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze drone-collected data for business insights.
- Ensure the airworthiness of drones and maintain compliance with safety protocols and aviation regulations.
- Travel to various agricultural fields across Sri Lanka as required.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of G.C.E A/Levels.
- HND or NVQ Level 6 qualification in a related subject.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Candidates under 30 years of age are preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
