Bankhill Educare is a leading private Preschool, Daycare & Afterschool Care service provider in Colombo 07, Battaramulla, Wattala, and Kadawatha. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Daycare Teachers to join our growing team.

• Possess a calm and nurturing demeanor.
• Have exceptional patience and a genuine love for children.
• Are creative and resourceful in developing engaging activities.
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Are energetic and have strong communication skills.

Your Daycare Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
• Provide care and support for children’s overall development.
• Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor and document children’s progress.
• Ensure a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education/Preschool/Montessori (Mandatory).
• Excellent command of the English Language (Spoken & Written).
• Minimum 1 year work experience in childcare.
