🎯 Job Profile & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will use strong analytical and technical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights. They will work with SQL and Azure-based Data Warehouse and collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, finance, marketing, and HR) for predictive analytics opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy predictive models for business challenges like demand forecasting, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
• Extract, clean, and prepare data from SQL & Azure Data Warehouse for modeling and analysis.
• Collaborate with the BI team to integrate predictive insights into Power BI dashboards.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎓 Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses (preferably Azure).
  • Skilled in Python or R for data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end analytics initiatives.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented organization.
• Familiarity with Azure ML, Synapse, or Data Factory.
• Exposure to MLOps and deploying models into production.
• Knowledge of forecasting, optimization, or text analytics.
