Position: Customer Service Executive – Sea Freight Imports
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate sea freight import operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with import regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues related to sea freight imports promptly and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
- Diploma or certificate related to the position (an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates residing near our Bambalapitiya office will be given preference (optional).
