About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Executive in the textile and manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with some experience to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate production activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle order processing and manage customer inquiries.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or production coordination is preferred.
