We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence in accounting education.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our students and members, providing excellent service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Age between 20 to 30 years.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Proficiency in Tamil language would be an added advantage.
  • Should be smart with a pleasant personality.
  • Should be energetic and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience would be an added advantage.
