CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (REMOTE)

Job Description

Requirements :

• AGE : just a number
• One year experience in similar field is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Sinhala is must. Tamil speaking is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in IT (Microsoft Office package)
• Should have good phone connection and Internet.
• Having lap top / computer is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Target oriented in weekly basis with the given number of targets is mandatory to achieve.
• Selected candidate should be dedicated and committed to work during office hours.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client.
• maintain the track records in Google spreadsheets on time.
• Directly reporting to Managing Director.

What we offer :

• Remote (WFH)
• Weekdays only (Mon – Fri)
• Working time 9am – 5pm
• Training is given.
• Basic salary of 30,000 +
  Commission are given when achieving above targets.
