Customer Care Service Assistant – Production

Our client is one of the leading Manufacturing Companies located in Horana, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.

Qualifications:

✔ Passed GCE A/L
✔ Knowledge of the manufacturing process
✔ Experience in SAP, Color Stitch & Sedo Master applications
✔ Basic proficiency in MS Excel
✔ Strong email etiquette and communication skills in English

Responsibilities:

✅ Develop seasonal color palettes
✅ Work closely with the commercial team and wet lab team to meet urgent requirements
✅ Collect and hand over physical swatches for color development & input data into the WBA system
✅ Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize orders
✅ Provide feedback on commitment times to the commercial team/customers
✅ Coordinate with sample coordinators for timely delivery
✅ Ensure efficient sample delivery by liaising with customers and the commercial team
