About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic school leavers to join our team as Customer Care Assistants in Call Operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing support in Sinhala, English, and Tamil. If you are a recent school leaver with good communication skills and live near Hendala, Mabola, Ragama, Colombo 12, 13, 14, 15, Wellampitiya, Peliyagoda, Dematagoda, or Kolonnawa, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone.
- Communicate effectively in Sinhala, English, and Tamil.
- Assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Recent school leaver.
- Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
