Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Coordinator of Academic Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Head of Academic Affairs and the Deans, ensuring seamless management of academic-related operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Coordinate faculty board meetings and liaise with the Head of Academic Affairs, Deans, and Heads of Departments (HoDs) to assist and address student concerns.
• Support: Provide support for curriculum development, faculty coordination, and the organization of academic events, workshops, and seminars.
• Engagement: Foster student-faculty engagement by addressing academic concerns, facilitating mentorship programs, and supporting academic initiatives.
• Compliance: Support quality assurance and compliance by ensuring adherence to institutional standards, maintaining records of student feedback, performance reviews, and managing documentation on matters related to the faculty.
• Administration: Provide administrative and logistical support by managing documentation, assisting with faculty recruitment, onboarding, and facilitating professional development activities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in education, management, or a relevant academic discipline.
• Prior experience in academic administration, faculty coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with academic policies, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
• A team player mindset is a must.
