Consultant – SAP Plant Maintenance

John Keells Information Technology (Pvt) Ltd (JKIT), the consulting and professional IT services arm of John Keells Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s largest listed conglomerate, is seeking a talented and motivated Consultant – SAP Plant Maintenance to join our team. JKIT focuses on Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology, and Operations to large multinational companies worldwide, delivering award-winning solutions to some of the biggest names in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

About the Role

As a Consultant – SAP Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance in SAP Plant Maintenance implementations and operations. The selected candidate will report to the Practice Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and resolving SAP Plant Maintenance related issues.
  • Conducting SAP Plant Maintenance process configurations.
  • Updating and maintaining all SAP Plant Maintenance functional documentation.
  • Analyzing and scoping end-user authorization roles.
  • Conducting Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and System Integration Tests.
  • Proposing solutions to improve new business processes.
  • Supporting the functional team with issues and providing a solutions-based approach within defined SLAs.
  • Configurations related to Master Data, guiding and training users on Business Processes.
  • Involving in the full cycle of SAP implementations as a consultant.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Module, and a minimum of one full cycle of SAP implementation.
  • Experience in any other SAP Modules (i.e., FICO, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Business Intelligence) will be a definite advantage.
  • Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance and knowledge of S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
