Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant – Plant Maintenance / EAM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in the SAP Development and Functional area, focusing on implementing and optimizing SAP PM/EAM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP PM / EAM Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM modules to meet business needs.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions, including master data setup, preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, PS).
  • Optimize plant maintenance processes such as notifications, work orders, and maintenance planning.
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Improve asset management processes using SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
  • Integration & Technical Support:
  • Work with ABAP, BASIS, and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between SAP PM and external systems.
  • Support integration with IoT, predictive maintenance tools, and mobility solutions.
  • Assist in data migration, interfaces, and system upgrades.
  • User Training & Documentation:
  • Develop user manuals and training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Project Management & Support:
  • Assist in SAP PM/EAM project planning, execution, and go-live activities.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA migration and assess its impact on plant maintenance processes.
  • Assist in audit and compliance activities related to asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Industrial, or a related field, or a Diploma in ERP.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • SAP certifications will be a definite advantage.
