Key Responsibilities:

SAP PM / EAM Implementation & Configuration:

  • Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement end-to-end solutions, including master data setup, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work order management, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, PS).
  • Develop and optimize plant maintenance processes such as notifications, work orders, maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Improve asset management processes by leveraging SAP best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements for system optimization.

Integration & Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between SAP PM and external systems.
  • Support integration with IoT, predictive maintenance tools, and mobility solutions for field technicians.
  • Assist in data migration, interfaces, and system upgrades.

User Training & Documentation:

  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues.

Project Management & Support:

  • Assist in SAP PM/EAM project planning, execution, and go-live activities.
  • Work on SAP S/4HANA migration and assess its impact on plant maintenance processes.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to asset management.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Industrial, or a Diploma in ERP.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Completion of SAP certifications will be a definite advantage.
