Position: Chief Supply Chain Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in supply chain management.
- Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in supply chain management within the apparel sector.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other relevant ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to drive change and implement best practices for supply chain efficiency.
- Candidates must be below 45 years of age.
