We are currently seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead our supply chain operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize SAP or other relevant ERP systems to monitor and analyze supply chain performance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Drive change and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in supply chain management within the apparel sector.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP or other relevant ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive change and implement best practices for supply chain efficiency.
  • Candidates must be below 45 years of age.
