Job Role:
- Improve sales and meet sales targets set by management.
- Maintain inventory and place orders to suppliers.
- Follow up on all documentation works.
- Conduct interviews and recruit staff.
- Handle the sales team with the highest motivation, discipline, and achievement of sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of business management experience.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Remuneration Package:
- Selected candidate will be entitled to a handsome remuneration package.
- By achieving sales targets, you can easily earn more than Rs. 1,000,000/- (Rs. One Million) per month.
