✅ Required Qualifications & Skills (What You’ll Bring)
- Education: G.C.E. A/L qualification. (Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
- Communication: Great communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Analytical Skills: Sharp analytical thinking – the ability to turn data into decisions.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Technical: Good command of MS Office and familiar with BD tools.
- Track Record: A proven record of hitting targets and delivering results.
