About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Colombo. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting lighting solutions to drive revenue growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to promote lighting solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Present products and solutions to clients through meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the decorative/architectural lighting segment.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to create customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or PR-focused roles, with a flexible industry background.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Preference for female candidates aged below 35.
