Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving brand presence, fostering client loyalty, and identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality sector. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand presence by engaging with key hospitality partners in your region.
- Conduct regular visits to hotels to provide product insights and updates.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic actions for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- Certification in Sales & Marketing (SLIM/CIM preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a strong background in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships and communicate confidently with hotel management.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in hospitality.
- Proactive approach with excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
