Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the apparel or textile industry and a strong background in business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed requirement documents.
- Prepare process maps and documents using available tools.
- Develop user manuals following industry documentation standards.
- Analyze industry trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Apparel/Textile industry.
- Knowledge or qualification in market research and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
