Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the requirement management process, including documentation, elicitation, communication, and sign-off.
- Accurately identify business requirements and document them with workflow diagrams.
- Use excellent writing skills to communicate business requirements to the software development team.
- Ensure solutions meet the expected business outcomes of the client.
- Work closely with the software development team to ensure solutions are technologically feasible and financially/technically reasonable.
- Maintain successful relationships with clients.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong English writing skills are mandatory.
- Experience in handling documentation, elicitation, and communication of business requirements.
- Ability to work closely with software development teams and clients.
