We Are Hiring – Budget Hire Officer
Location: Jaffna Branch
Central Finance Company PLC is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to manage daily operations of the Budget Hire vehicle rental service at our Jaffna branch. This role includes vehicle handovers, fuel management, maintenance, customer service, and promotion of CF Budget Hire and CF Whizz to boost vehicle usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote CF Budget Hire and CF Whizz products to enhance vehicle usage.
- Provide outstanding customer service and manage compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements and are ready for hire.
- Oversee vehicle handovers and returns with efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor fuel levels and coordinate refueling as needed.
- Manage accident repairs and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the fleet management team (City Office, Dematagoda, and Kandy) on vehicle maintenance, insurance, and licensing.
- Address legal matters related to Budget Hire operations and resolve branch-specific issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong ability to promote products and convince customers effectively.
- Proficiency in evaluating customers at the time of vehicle release and return.
- Basic understanding of vehicle operations and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- A valid driving license and good driving skills.
Qualifications:
- Passed GCE O/L or A/L, preferably with sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles.
- Valid driving license.
