Job Position: Branch Operations Officer
Location: Matara Branch
Closing Date: 10 March 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage and support branch staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance branch performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branch operations or a similar role within the financial sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
