Job Position:
Branch Manager
Locations: Weligama, Negombo, Kotahena
Closing Date: 13 March 2025
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
- Monitor and manage the branch’s financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
