Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Branch Managers to lead our teams in Kotahena, Negombo, and Weligama. This role is pivotal in driving branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding our reputation as a trusted financial partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch operations to achieve business targets (loans, deposits, leasing).
  • Manage and mentor teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and company policies.
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local communities.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
✔ Strong leadership, sales, and credit assessment skills.
✔ Excellent communication (English/Sinhala/Tamil) and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Sound knowledge of leasing/finance products and regulatory frameworks.
