Audit Assistants and Audit Trainees (Kandy Region)

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to grow your career in auditing? We are looking for Audit Assistants to join our team and support operational audits across our retail and distribution locations in the Kandy region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits at branch level to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash verification.
• Carry out inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
• Review and verify GRNs, GTNs, and RONs.
• Check back-office documentation for accuracy.
• Verify debtor balances and assist in ensuring correct financial reporting.
• Assess internal controls and support process improvements.

Requirements:

• Completed AAT Level III or CA Business Level I (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of auditing/accounting principles.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to retail locations as required.
• Previous audit or accounting experience is an added advantage.
