Job Description

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee front-end development initiatives, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for building scalable, high performance applications.
  • Project Oversight: Lead the design and implementation of core UI components and ensure consistency across the platform.
  • Collaboration: Work with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into innovative solutions.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide junior front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Innovation: Stay current with emerging front-end trends and tools, and drive their adoption to improve development processes and user experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong command of React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proven experience in a technical lead or mentoring role, with a track record of guiding teams toward successful project delivery.
  • Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management libraries (e.g.,Redux, MobX), and modern CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, orMaterial-UI.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with proficiency in tooling (Web packSER, Babel, Git, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on performance, modularity, and maintainability.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
