Job Profile:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate – Student Registration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our student registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and monitor the accuracy of data entered into the system.
  • Assist with data entry for student registration and renewal processes.
  • Post student IDs on a timely basis and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage with student renewal calls and other campaigns.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in promotion campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
  • Actively assist in organizing events and activities within the division.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Management from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in the education industry (preferred).
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Age between 25 – 28 years.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet specific deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong customer care and organizational skills.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for learning and growth.
